Huawei - WE DO NO HARM TO OTHERS
So I hope you already know everything that'shappening between Huawei and the United States Government. Basically what happened was, the US governementbanned Huawei products in the fear that Huawei might be sending user information to the ChineseGovernment. Not only that, US is asking other countriesto ban Huawei products too. Domestic law of China states that every companyin China are supposed to give information to Chinese security officials when asked.
Huawei is also the biggest telecom companyin the world and they hold a lot of user information because of that so I can understand, why theUS government sees them as a national security threat in the states. Huawei's Chairman today has responded to thisand said that they, would "never do anything to harm any country, any organization or anyindividual." and further said that "Technological divisionsbased on different ideologies or viewpoints would not be beneficial for humanity, norfor technological progress." I can see his point but if I were the Chairmanof Huawei and even if I was in the wrong, I would have still said the same thing.
Like it's my company I would do anything toprotect it. What makes it worse for Huawei is the domesticlaw of China. So even if Huawei has absolutely nothing todo with the Chinese government, they would still be considered a national threat. It's a horrible situation to be for any companyand they can't do anything about it either. I don't think there's a way to prove thatthey're innocent.
All they can do is just sit back and watchhow this plays out. Huawei is also making a foldable smartphoneand they confirmed with this image that they'll launch it on February 24th at mobile worldcongress. Huawei's foldable phone will be differentthan Samsung's. Samsung's phone folds inwards and there isanother display at the outside. Huawei's phone, on the other hand, folds outwardslike this.
I'm not sure if this is a good idea but I'llreserve my judgment until I see the actual device. Xiaomi has also showcased their prototypeof the foldable smartphone. It's unique and interesting. It's still an engineering prototype. The UI is still far from finished but looksgood enough. Samsung will showcase their final productalongside the Galaxy S10 on February 20th. So excited to see if foldable smartphonesare indeed the real deal and if they are actually capable of replacing our regular smartphones. I guess we'll find out soon. Consider subscribing for daily videos likethis and I'll see you tomorrow...peace out!
